Vote:
Our first election experience since moving into our home which meant a small country church was our polling place.
Grammy and Grampy:
We had TWO cancelled visits with Grammy and Grampy at the end of September/October. One was due to Hurricane Helene and the other due to GeeGee breaking her hip and requiring surgery and rehab. My parents are her day to day in person support so they really had to stay close for a while until GeeGee was more stable. The kids were so disappointed twice so we decided to keep this visit a surprise JUST IN CASE. When Rowan and Cora arrived home from school, G & G were waiting! Later, we picked Cruz up from basketball together. :)
The most intense game of Monopoly imaginable! Ha. I didn't take many other pictures but we had a wonderful time together.
Cora Tooth:
The Baum house is officially out of baby teeth as Cora lost her final tooth this month! :)
Freshman Basketball Season Part I:
Cruz's High School JV basketball season is underway and he's so happy to be back on the court.
Friday Dress Up Game Day
NHS Operation Christmas Child:
National Honor Society, which Row is a member of, sponsored the collection of the Operation Christmas Child boxes. Cora and Rowan both brought home boxes to fill- still not entirely sure why Cruz did not. :)
I spy Row.
How To Speech:
Cora taught her class to make her favorite StrawMango Smoothies.
Tremaine Orlando:
Cora competed three of her group dances and was incredible on stage. She truly shined so brightly!
Always a special time together.
SO proud of Cora for being chosen through a series of auditions as a Scholarship Finalist. This put her in the running to win one of the scholarships handed out at the closing show. She has been a scholarship finalist twice before, both times in the Junior room.

Cora was beyond excited to be one of six dancers chosen from the PreTeen category to receive a convention scholarship. This was a really big deal and something she's been working so hard for.
Her old teammate Annie won a Year Long Scholarship
Cora loves and looks up to the older girls and sweet Emily was so excited for her.
Thanksgiving:
For the past three years, we've spent Thanksgiving at Der Dutchman enjoying a fabulous Amish feast! Der Dutch decided against hosting Thanksgiving this year so we spent the day at home and ended the day with dessert with several other families from school. Other Thanksgiving festivities this season included Friendsgiving with over 80 people from school, Junior Class Thanksgiving at school, Youth Group "Flipsgiving" and Rowan's Friendsgiving with his group.
My babies....
SO very thankful for this bunch of blessings.
