Pumpkin Carving
We grabbed pumpkins from Publix after church the Sunday before Halloween and only Cora had any interest in carving with me!

PreSeason Performance:
Cora and her dance team performed one of their dances, You Can't Stop the Beat, at a local elementary school carnival. This was a good warm up for their Tremaine Convention/Competition later in the month.
Trick or Treat:
Only Cora and Cruz are pictured in our Trick or Treat picture this year. Rowan remained questionable until the last minute but thankfully his inner child won out, he threw on a quick costume and came with us! :)
Honeybee Project:
Roger and Cora worked hard on this noodle beehive habitat. I thought it turned out so cute!
Mexico:
Rog and I got away together to Mexico to celebrate the wedding of a very good college friend. We had the BEST time reuniting with our close group of friends. It was so relaxing and much needed after a couple crazy months.
Tremaine Regionals: Orlando
It doesn't seem like it has been very long since we were at Nationals this summer but it was fun to be back at the Renaissance Hotel for Tremaine's regional convention and competition.
The Lincoln team performed two of their dances... musical theater and tap.
The best part of these weekends are time with friends!

On Sunday morning, the girls went through the audition process for Tremaine Scholarships. Last year at regionals, Cora was out in the first round. This summer at nationals, she made it through the first round. This time though, she made it through both rounds and was a scholarship finalist out of the over 200 girls in the junior room.

Thanksgiving:
We had a fun day celebrating together! We started out the day at our favorite Amish restaurant, Der Dutchman, with a delicious Thanksgiving buffet. We talked about our blessings and played some fun games. Through the rest of the day we went on walks, jumped on the trampoline, played basketball, and relaxed. In the evening, we all piled on the Bonus Room couch for Home Alone 2 to kick off the Christmas season!
